Approach

My approach is always customized and based on three pillars: Appreciative Inquiry, Experience-based methods and Coaching. Appreciative Inquiry is a change method that starts with investigating what makes teams and organisations successful.

The underlying success factors form the basis for visualizing which identity (vision and values) one wants, dares and is able to be in the future.
With a clear image of this vision for the future, we allow the future to determine what needs to happen today.
